Useless apps or intentionally doing scam using ituness

This apps i paid through paypal., is a scam., nothing in this app is working., it will ask you to pay. But in return nothing is working page there is a single page of thailand list of airport when they adveertise, but the same page you are going to see., when you pay .I tried to cobtact the auhtor no reply. I requested to BAN the author and all its product because it is scam., it just collecting our money.
It is not the amount that matter is is the principle.., As i said to paypal., usd 1.08 is not much to take actions but ., millions of online user is still million of dollars., this scambag is fooling people.
Ban the product.
